Erasmus + project “Enhancing the learning mobility by developing innovative skills”

Promoted by the IEK ILIOUPOLIS with CO.EUR. European Consulting and Training as host partner in Italy. The project has been realised in Ascoli Piceno and Rome between  08/05/2019 and 23/05/2019

The training program included: a practical training inside the restaurant Cafè Lorenz and Antico Bonelli in Ascoli Piceno  for the preparation of typical recipes of Italian cuisine (first and second courses, desserts, pizza); a Gastronomic visit to a company producing Italian olive oil (Oleificio Fratoni di Fratoni Emidio); a technical visit to the university canteen of the faculty of architecture in Ascoli; a practical training seminar on molecular manipulation for the preparation of ice-creams, inside the Bar/Restaurant Cresci in Rome; one cultural trip to the town of Offida and  guided cultural visits of Rome.
